Kebijakan Privasi

OneVoice dibuat supaya bisa dipakai tanpa akun. Alkitab, buku nyanyian, doa, dan hitungan mundur Sabat semuanya berjalan di perangkat Anda, tanpa mengirim apa pun ke mana pun. Akun hanya diperlukan kalau Anda ingin catatan Anda selamat saat ponsel hilang.
Yang tidak pernah kami lakukan
- Kami tidak memasang alat analitik, pelacak, atau iklan. Tidak ada satu pun di aplikasi ini.
- Kami tidak menjual atau menyewakan data Anda kepada siapa pun.
- Kami tidak pernah mengirim lokasi Anda ke server kami.
Lokasi
Aplikasi meminta lokasi sekali, dengan ketelitian paling rendah (setingkat kota), hanya untuk menghitung waktu matahari terbenam supaya Sabat dimulai dan berakhir pada waktu yang benar di tempat Anda. Koordinat itu dipakai di perangkat dan tidak pernah dikirim keluar. Jika Anda menolak izinnya, aplikasi tetap berjalan; Anda bisa mengisi kota secara manual.
Tanpa akun (mode tamu)
Semua yang Anda tulis — sorotan ayat, catatan, doa, kemajuan bacaan — disimpan di dalam ponsel Anda saja. Tidak ada yang dikirim ke server kami. Kalau aplikasi dihapus, data itu ikut hilang, karena memang tidak pernah ada salinannya di tempat lain.
Dengan akun
Kalau Anda membuat akun, hal berikut disimpan di server kami supaya bisa dipulihkan:

Fitur perkenalan (opsional, terpisah)
Fitur perkenalan tidak aktif kecuali Anda sendiri yang menyalakannya. Kalau Anda ikut, kami menyimpan profil yang Anda isi dan satu foto verifikasi. Foto itu tidak pernah terkirim sebelum Anda menekan kirim, dan hanya dipakai untuk memastikan Anda anggota jemaat. Anda bisa keluar dan menghapus profil itu kapan saja.
Fitur Tanya dan kecerdasan buatan
Pertanyaan yang Anda kirim pada fitur Tanya diteruskan ke sebuah model bahasa AI, yang menyusun jawabannya dari sumber-sumber Advent yang kami sediakan. Model itu berjalan pada penyedia pihak ketiga, jadi pertanyaan Anda memang keluar dari server kami. Yang dikirim hanya pertanyaan dan kutipan sumber yang relevan; nama, email, dan lokasi Anda tidak ikut. Penyedia modelnya dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu, dan aturan di atas tetap berlaku. Jangan menuliskan hal yang sangat pribadi di sana.
Layanan pihak ketiga
Beberapa bagian aplikasi membuka layanan lain. Saat itu terjadi, kebijakan privasi mereka yang berlaku:
- YouTube — video Berita Misi diputar di sana.
- adventistmission.org — tautan ke situs resmi misi Gereja Advent sedunia.
- Google Maps — hanya kalau Anda menekan petunjuk arah ke sebuah gereja.
- WhatsApp — hanya kalau Anda menekan tombol hubungi.
- hymnal.pro — cadangan iringan musik SDA Hymnal bila server kami tidak punya berkasnya.
Berapa lama disimpan
Selama akun Anda ada. Kalau Anda menghapus catatan atau doa di aplikasi, catatan itu dihapus dari server kami pada sinkronisasi berikutnya.
Menghapus akun dan data Anda
Anda dapat menghapus akun sendiri, langsung di aplikasi, tanpa meminta izin siapa pun dan tanpa menunggu. Keluar dari aplikasi hanya mengakhiri sesi; menghapus akun menghapus datanya.
- Buka tab Saya.
- Gulir ke bawah, lalu ketuk Hapus akun.
- Baca daftar apa saja yang akan dihapus, masukkan kata sandi Anda, lalu konfirmasi.
Penghapusan berlaku saat itu juga, bukan dalam 30 hari. Datanya hilang dari server kami pada permintaan yang sama, dan salinan di ponsel ini ikut terhapus. Kata sandi diminta supaya ponsel yang tertinggal dalam keadaan terbuka tidak bisa menghapus akun Anda.
Kalau Anda tidak dapat masuk ke akun, kirim email dari alamat yang dipakai untuk akun Anda ke privacy@kreats.org dengan subjek Hapus akun OneVoice. Kami akan menghapusnya dalam 30 hari dan mengirim konfirmasi.
Untuk menghapus data tertentu tanpa menghapus akun, hapus sorotan, catatan, atau doa dari aplikasi; perubahan akan dihapus dari server pada sinkronisasi berikutnya.
Penghapusan ini mencakup profil dan kredensial akun, data sinkronisasi seperti sorotan, catatan, doa, kemajuan bacaan, catatan NEWSTART, dan acara pribadi, riwayat Tanya, kiriman, resep, minat direktori, serta profil dan bahan verifikasi fitur perkenalan. Kami tidak menyimpan isi akun untuk pemasaran atau analitik setelah penghapusan. Catatan minimal hanya dapat disimpan bila diwajibkan oleh hukum.
Anak-anak
Aplikasi ini untuk umum, tetapi fitur perkenalan hanya untuk usia 21 tahun ke atas dan meminta konfirmasi umur sebelum aktif.
Keamanan
Semua lalu lintas memakai HTTPS. Kata sandi disimpan dalam bentuk hash, tidak pernah sebagai teks biasa. Data di ponsel disimpan pada penyimpanan aplikasi yang dilindungi sistem operasi.
Perubahan
Kalau kebijakan ini berubah, tanggal di atas ikut berubah. Perubahan yang berarti akan kami sampaikan di dalam aplikasi.

OneVoice is built to work without an account. The Bible, the hymnal, prayer, and the Sabbath countdown all run on your device and send nothing anywhere. An account is only needed if you want your writing to survive a lost phone.
What we never do
- No analytics, no trackers, no advertising. There are none in this app.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We never send your location to our servers.
Location
The app asks for your location once, at the lowest accuracy setting (city level), only to calculate sunset so the Sabbath begins and ends at the right time where you are. Those coordinates are used on the device and never leave it. Decline and the app still works; you can set your city by hand.
Without an account (guest mode)
Everything you write — verse highlights, notes, prayers, reading progress — is stored on your phone only. Nothing reaches our servers. Delete the app and it goes with it, because no copy ever existed anywhere else.
With an account
If you create an account, the following is stored on our servers so it can be restored:

Introductions (optional, separate)
The introductions feature is off unless you turn it on. If you take part, we store the profile you fill in and one verification photo. That photo is never sent before you press send, and is used only to confirm you are a church member. You can leave and delete that profile at any time.
Ask, and artificial intelligence
Questions you send to Ask are passed to an AI language model, which composes an answer from the Adventist sources we supply. That model runs at a third-party provider, so your question does leave our servers. Only the question and the relevant source excerpts are sent; your name, email and location are not. The provider may change over time, and the rule above holds whichever one we use. Please do not type anything deeply personal there.
Third-party services
Some parts of the app open other services. Their privacy policies apply when they do:
- YouTube — Mission Story videos play there.
- adventistmission.org — links to the world church's official mission site.
- Google Maps — only if you tap directions to a church.
- WhatsApp — only if you tap a contact button.
- hymnal.pro — fallback for SDA Hymnal accompaniment when our server lacks a file.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you delete a note or a prayer in the app, it is deleted from our servers on the next sync.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account yourself, inside the app, without asking anyone and without waiting. Signing out only ends the session; deleting the account removes the data.
- Open the Me tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed, enter your password, and confirm.
Deletion happens then and there, not within 30 days. The data leaves our server on that same request, and the copy on the phone you are holding goes with it. The password is asked for so that a phone left unlocked on a table cannot close your account.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@kreats.org from your account email with the subject Delete my OneVoice account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
To delete specific data without deleting your account, remove highlights, notes, or prayers in the app; the change is deleted from our servers on the next sync.
Deletion covers your account profile and credentials; synced highlights, notes, prayers, reading progress, NEWSTART check-ins, and private events; Ask history; posts, recipes, and directory interests; and introductions profile and verification materials. We do not retain your account content for marketing or analytics after deletion. Minimal records may be kept only when required by law.
Children
The app is for a general audience, but the introductions feature is for ages 21 and over and asks you to confirm your age before it turns on.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text. Data on your phone lives in the app's own storage, protected by the operating system.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Meaningful changes will be announced inside the app.
